Éist is a not-for-profit organisation that provides immediate and long-term support, care, and advocacy for victims of rape and gender-based violence. Every euro raised through our initiatives, including Éist Aware memberships, is reinvested directly into delivering these vital, often life-saving, services — free of charge.

What Does It Mean to Be Éist Aware?

When your organisation signs up to become Éist Aware, you'll receive bespoke, in-house training tailored to your team. This includes:

Understanding consent and healthy boundaries
Responding appropriately to disclosures of sexual assault or abuse
Promoting equality and pay parity in the workplace
Creating a culture of safety, respect, and support for all staff

This training is designed to be accessible at every level of your organisation — from leadership to entry-level staff — ensuring that your workplace is truly inclusive, trauma-informed, and progressive.

Visibility Matters

As an Éist Aware member, you'll have the option to proudly display the Éist Aware banner across your website, email signatures, and company letterheads. This shows your staff, clients, and community that your organisation is serious about social responsibility and fostering a safe, respectful environment for all.
